Monymusk Distillery has its roots in Scotland in the mid-18th century and was owned by Archibald Grant.
Containing an ester content of between 125 and 175 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol, it falls into the Plummer style ("EMB") category, rums made by the Monymusk distillery. Long after the tasting, heavenly scents of balsamic vinegar that rise to the surface of the aromatic palette form a wonderful link between the parish of Clarendon and the capital of Liguria.
Aged for twenty-four years in the tropical climate of Jamaica, this version is named after the magnificent Villa Paradisetto, located on the heights of Genoa, which was the headquarters of the House of Velier between 1988 and 2019.
