Spiritori #2 Hampden 2012 11yo 57.5%

The second selection from the young bottler Spiritori heads to the parish of Trelawny in Jamaica.

You will have understood, it is a molasses rum from a famous distillery. Despite the fact that the name of the house is not specified, the label lays the foundations by displaying the words “HMPDN”.
Distilled in July 2012 in a pot still, this rum has benefited from 11 years and 11 months of aging. This maturation, partly tropical and partly continental, took place in an ex-bourbon barrel.

This barrel n°8 gave birth to 163 bottles.
This authentic rum has not undergone cold filtration and has not been reduced before bottling.
