Cask No. 627 contained an old traditional rum from the 2009 vintage, casked on September 11th in a barrel that had previously held prestigious cognacs.

Aged for eleven years in Cell No. 1 at the entrance to the Savanna cellars, it was selected in November 2020 by passionate technician, Johny Camatchy, and then unanimously chosen by the entire distillery team in its reduced 58% ABV version for this limited edition reserved for Reunion.
