The "Cuvée de la Refondation de Saint-Pierre" was produced in Martinique at the Depaz distillery. It was distilled from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 6 years - 20 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 400 bottles.
