Hampden Pagos is a Jamaican molasses rum bottled by La Maison du Whisky and Velier. It is produced by the Hampden Distillery, which specializes in distilling high-ester rums.
The molasses was fermented with wild yeasts before being distilled in a double-retort copper pot still. The rum was then placed exclusively in 500-liter ex-sherry casks, sourced from vineyards in the Jerez region of Andalusia. It was reduced with spring water to be bottled at its natural color and without added sugar.
