Absolutio is the name of the ninth opus resulting from the collaboration between Richard Seale and Luca Gargano.

It is a blend of rums aged exclusively in former bourbon barrels and rums that have undergone double maturation.
For the double maturation, aging began in bourbon barrels and continued in port barrels.

Each rum is a blend of eaux-de-vie distilled in column stills and in double-retort pot stills.

The creation of this vintage resulted in 4,800 bottles being produced worldwide.
