Sample Velier Foursquare 2004 Fidelitas 20yr 55% 3cl

The Fidelitas cuvée is the result of a close collaboration between the Foursquare distillery and the bottler Velier.

According to Lucas Gargano's classification, this aged rum is a Single Blended Rum. This means that it is produced from a blend of molasses rums from a single distillery, and that it is the result of a marriage between a rum distilled in a pot still and another rum distilled in a traditional column still.

Here, the rums display the 2004 vintage, with a bottling date of January 2025. The blend was initially aged for 19 years in ex-bourbon casks before being refined for 12 months in Marsala casks.

This Velier selection is, to date, the oldest Foursquare rum bottled in the series.
