Monymusk Villa Paradisetto is produced 100% in Clarendon Distillery pot stills. Medium-long fermentations first take place in large open fermentation vats, then move to large metal tanks for a further period of maturation, where bacterial fermentations are activated and enrich the liquid.
The Villa Paradisetto series was created by Luca Gargano to celebrate Velier's historic headquarters on Via G. Byron in Genoa, where all of its legendary series were born. Each label is a work of art designed by artist Warren Kong, who also created labels for Velier's 70th anniversary bottlings in 2017.
