It combines a 2003 Trinidadian TDL with a 2010 Jamaican Monymusk, united in an exclusive blend produced in only 160 bottles. True to the spirit of both houses, this edition exemplifies a demanding approach to rum and limited bottling.
The balance between intensity and freshness
Its deep gold color hints at a rich aromatic profile. The nose opens with notes of varnish, eucalyptus, and camphor, quickly joined by mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, and then hints of candied fruit brioche, toasted almond, and vanilla. The palate develops a beautiful intensity with tropical fruits, citrus, cinnamon, sweet pepper, dark chocolate, and toasted almond. The long finish lingers with notes of lightly toasted wood, a menthol freshness, cocoa, licorice, and exotic fruits. To fully appreciate its complexity, decanting for about 30 minutes is recommended before tasting.
