This Grand Arôme Vieux rum was selected by the cellar master of the Savanna distillery for its exceptional qualities. It comes from a single oak barrel and bottled to the natural degree without addition or blending, in order to preserve all the authenticity of this unique product. Each bottle is numbered.

The must used to make Savanna 8 Years Old Grand Arôme Chai Humide fermented for a much longer time than is usually required for rum.

Another unique feature of this rum is that it comes from a single barrel aged in 2007 in an oceanic environment, which gives it iodized and mineral notes.
