High Ester Rhum Réunion is the main flavoring the distillery usually uses to blend its aged rums, giving them a "pep."

However, Savanna has chosen to bottle a pure HERR at cask strength and without chill filtration.
This is a 2007 vintage aged for 10 years in a single cask bearing the number 218.

761 bottles (50 cl) were produced from this cask.

All bottles are, of course, numbered and signed by the cellar master.
