Distilled in 2010 at Trinidad Distillers Limited, aged in a single ex-bourbon barrel made of American white oak – 14 years under the tropical Caribbean sun, followed by two years in the temperate European climate. Two maturation climates, one character.
CAS STRENGTH: 68% ABV, bottled without any additives or filtration. The alcohol carries the aromas instead of masking them – remarkably well integrated for this strength.
