This rum almost flew under the radar. However, something kept us coming back to it, and it was through tastings that it revealed its full potential.
We therefore decided to bottle it after a series of two brews so that it could deliver its best, but without any reduction, of course.
It comes from Trinidad Distillers Ltd.
Distilled in a column, it was aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels for 10 years in the tropics of Trinidad, then for 8 years in the United Kingdom.
255 bottles were produced.
