Rasta Morris Bielle 8 Ans 2011-2019 is an independent bottling of rhum agricole. It comes to us from the small island of Marie-Galante, known for its unique terroir and authentic distilleries.
It's the work of the Bielle distillery that is honored here, with an 8-year-old rum distilled in January 2011. It was aged in bourbon barrels until August 2019. Then it was shipped to Europe in November 2019 for bottling.
This brut de fût was not chill-filtered, and 258 bottles were produced.
