Neisson Mizunara is an agricultural rum whose main characteristic is that it is aged entirely in 250-litre Mizunara oak barrels.
Mizunara is a Japanese oak originating from the northern regions, considered one of the most aromatic woods for maturing local whiskies, of very high quality as well as very rare. It is highly sought after for its unique flavour, rich in sandalwood and coconut, which lends an incredible spicy sweetness to the spirits aged in its casks.
