The "HSE Extra Vieux Small Cask (MEB 11/2021)" was produced in Martinique at the Distillerie du Simon distillery. It was distilled in 2014 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 7 years 1mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 46%. This is a limited release and there are only 4100 bottles.
