The "HSE extra vieux sauternes finish château la tour blanche" was produced in Martinique at the Distillerie du Simon distillery. It was distilled in 2013 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 7 years.
The rum has an ABV of 41%.
This is a limited release and there are only 4000 bottles
