The "Chateau Depaz - Les 100 ans (2011 / 2013 / 2016)" was produced in Martinique at the Depaz distillery. It was distilled from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 6 years - 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 1400 bottles.
