This year, Maison Tiffon celebrates 150 years of history and craftsmanship, patiently and meticulously honed in the creation of its cognacs. Owners of 40 hectares of vineyards in Fins Bois and Grande Champagne, they control every step of the process: from distilling their eaux-de-vie in 10 stills, to aging them in their own cellars, to blending and bottling, all done entirely in-house.
Generation after generation, Maison Tiffon has amassed a treasure trove of old eaux-de-vie, patiently preserved. This rare heritage allows them to create bold, delicate, and profoundly refined blends, where time itself becomes a raw material.
At Swell de Spirits, we were deeply moved by this history and this spirit of passing on traditions. It is in this almost magical atmosphere that this selection was born, a precious blend from the Borderies cru.
Although Maison Tiffon does not own vineyards in this terroir, this cuvée is the result of musts rigorously selected from long-standing partners, specialists in this unique cru, renowned for its delicate floral notes of jasmine and violet.
Distilled by Maison Tiffon, these eaux-de-vie then matured under the watchful eye of several generations of cellar masters, in the heart of a century-old cask, revealing an elegant, luminous, and timeless expression.
