Bielle Brut de Fût 2012 Batch 2 is a new gem from the cellars of this fine Marie-Galante distillery. This rum comes from a unique and pristine terroir, which yields exceptionally rich, rustic sugarcane. It has aged for nearly eight years in bourbon and sweet white wine casks.
This second bottling, released in 2020, follows the 2018 vintage. The latter was bottled at 54.6% ABV; the two additional years of aging have given it a touch of extra alcohol.
This cask-strength rum (undiluted, at its natural strength) has never been filtered, thus preserving the full authenticity of its flavors.
