This single cask was made at Trinidad Distillers Ltd, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled by Adelphi. Rum’s like these are sought after for their complex aromas. You can expect notes of cocoa powder, leather and coconut on the nose, complemented by toffee, banana and orange peel.

A gorgeous single cask bottling of 19 year old rum, first distilled in 2005 and left to mature in a bourbon barrel. Adelphi released this in 2024 as part of their special bottles. Only 244 bottles were released, each as fantastic as the last.
