Distilled in October 2008 at Trinidad Distillers Limited, this rum benefited from 11 years of tropical aging before finishing its maturation in Europe. This is a “heavy rum” with a high level of congeners, distilled in a column still.
Aging took place in barrel no. 243 which previously contained bourbon.
An authentic rum bottled in 335 copies.
