• Roopmarine "Roop" Toolsie who has worked at the distillery for 22 years.

Distilled in 1996, fully aged in Trinidad and bottled in 2021, this is a blend of 4 casks selected by Luca Gargano and 26 Caroni Lovers divided into 8 tasting gangs.

• Dhanraj "Dan" Maharaj who has worked at the distillery for 22 years.

Distilled in 1996, fully aged in Trinidad and bottled in 2021, this is a blend of 4 casks selected by Luca Gargano and 26 Caroni Lovers divided into 8 tasting gangs.

• Deodat "Breeze" Manmohan who has worked at the distillery for 9 years.
