Distilled in March 2019 by the Bielle distillery, renowned for its respect for Marie-Galante's agricultural traditions, this rum is made entirely from pure cane juice.
It was aged for six years in white wine barrels from Pico Island, in the Azores archipelago—an unusual wood source that gives this rum a unique personality.

Bottled at cask strength (75.2% vol.), it uncompromisingly expresses the richness of its terroir and the nobility of its maturation.

 

This rum is offered in a very limited edition of 137 bottles, highlighting its exceptional character. A raw and authentic expression, reserved for connoisseurs seeking intense and distinctive sensory experiences.
